I got my pup Dillon, a Sheltie, two months ago. He is a very timid shy hesitant pup. We tried puppy socialization class and he would not come to me with treats in my hand. Then I discovered Mean Greenz and I was the one who was hesitant as to whether he would eat these or not. I mean come on, barley, oats, molasses, veges, no meat?!!! He loves these treats. A few years ago my poor greyhound Hatchett developed stomach issues and had to be put on a prescription food and any other food or treats made him very sick. I felt soooo bad for him as he so loved to eat all different kinds of things and really really looked forward to TREAT TIME. I experimented with many different dog treats and I finally found a couple of things that didn’t upset his stomach. Lately though I have noticed that his teeth were not looking so clean or his breath so fresh. I wanted to get him a dental chew but was very nervous to introduce anything new into his diet. That being said, I saw your product Z-Ridge Dental Bones at Pet Supermarket and I read the box thoroughly and the ingredients and guaranteed analysis and felt that it was a very good product. When I got home I gave him one bone, which he seemed to love! And to my great delight, it didn’t upset his delicate stomach one bit! He has been eating them for a month now and his teeth are also looking much better. This is truly a great product and nothing makes me happier than seeing my dog hop up and down when I ask him if he wants a treat! Thank you so much.

I have included a picture of my 14 yr old siberian husky Kosmo during a recent 3+ hr Zuke-a-thon. A little background on him – Kos has had several health problems in his 14 years including a heart murmur, two turned discs in his neck, Cushing’s and he almost died from severe pancreatitis 5 years ago.He has been on a prescription diet since. So many dog treats but so many that did not fit in the diet guidelines and leave it to Kos, I found about two years ago products with wheat made him sneeze! We went grain free. It was at Christmas that my husband found Zuke’s dental bones. I knew Kos loved the Zuke’s treats but until a few days ago, I had no idea how much. He had just gotten a bath and as a reward for being good, he got a cherry berry bone. He literally paraded around the house/yard for over an hour with it in his mouth, showing it as if he just won a blue ribbon at Westminster. All the strutting around will wear an old dog out and he went to take an hour long afternoon nap on the deck. He had his Zuke’s.

Lilli Bleu had been showing signs of arthritis and it is common for her breed and she is almost 6yrs old. I have tried every hip/joint treat known to dog and this product works! My Yorkie received a bag of the peanut butter flavor mini naturals for Christmas. He goes wild to get one! I only give him 3 at a time, and he is so smart that he never begs for even 1 more. He likes all of the flavors but peanut butter is his favorite. We like that they are tiny for his little mouth and easy to chew. Thank you for a wonderful product!

I don’t usually bother with reviews, but these results pretty much demanded it. Our 9-year-old shepherd mix is literally a different dog since starting to take these treats. For the past couple of years he’s been acting quite old – slow, not much energy, and often would have arthritic-type pain in his shoulders & hips. He would play for a couple of minutes and then lay down, totally uninterested in continuing. You could just see in his eyes that he was tired and old. A variety of supplements hadn’t done much, and we felt awful that all we could do was give him aspirin for the pain. We switched his food to one with higher glucosamine, but it didn’t make much of an identifiable difference. Last month, after he’d been significantly worse with shoulder & hip pains for a few weeks, I went online to research arthritis supplements and orthopedic pet beds (the last step before deciding to put him on medication). After reading reviews on these Zukes Hip Action treats, I decided to give them a shot and bought two bags on Amazon. OH MY GOODNESS!! It’s only been two weeks now, and I am BLOWN AWAY. He’s acting like a 5-year-old! He has more energy, he’s jumping again, and his eyes look so much happier! That’s the best part, to see him happy & excited again. Previously, it had been years since he would run with me any longer than about twenty minutes, and by the end of the run I would be dragging him behind me… this week I took him for a run and he went with me for an HOUR! And he was still ahead of me when we finished!! We’re so hopeful that he’ll be able to enjoy his ‘golden years’ without the misery of a poorly aging dog. I’m completely a believer in this product, and we’ll be giving them to every dog we ever own. (Plus, you just saved me a bundle on an expensive pet bed.)

A year and a half ago I adopted my first dog (never had a pet). Within a month he started developing allergies. After a year I found I was unable to purchase the majority of treats, foods (some fruits, proteins, grains and soy allergens), and pet hygiene products. That I had to double up flea treatment and had to stop using some detergents and household products. Zuke’s Snacks have been the only snacks I have found that Micah doesn’t have a reaction to. once in a while we were noticing our 5 year old golden was limping on his one hind leg. We would visit the vet and she would find anything wrong so we believe it to be the start of arthritis. We also have a rescued 19 month old pitbull who had suffered a broken hip and as a result has a rod and pins holding her hind leg together. I started giving both dogs hip action and low and behold our golden is chasing his tail and fetching his ball again. Watching our 14 year Old Black Lab move along in her age has not been easy! Once a dog who could not sit down for seconds because she’d miss something, now can’t sit because it’s too painful….she still has the same loving, fun personality, but her body is almost 15 and is visably becoming weaker. She currently takes the gamut of perscriptions for joint pain and arthitis, but it wasn’t until I was referred to your Hip Action Treats that we could Actually tell that she was not in as much pain as before! The clerk in our small local Pet Store sold me on the product when we were discussing our “old dogs”…I bought them, thinking it certainly wouldn’t hurt to try and to my surprise, by the time we reached the bottom of the bag, even my children (who rarely notice much) were commenting on the improvement Mason had shown!
