Just wanted to say thanks for a wonderful product. My 7 year old labrador retriever is known as the laziest dog this side of the mississippi. He’s simply low energy compared to other dogs. We finally found a performance event he enjoys, canine musical freestyle. But usually we have to plan every minute of the day of an event to make sure his energy is at the highest level possible at the exact moment of his performance, or he gives out, and refuses to work. It’s often a lesson in futility, as sometimes it’s just not possible to be that good with timing.

A friend gave me some Zukes Power Bones to try. This last weekend we had a demonstration event that lasted all day. I gave me some of the Power Bones treats about 45 minutes before his number, then had another in my hand, but forgot to give it to him. It turns out he didn’t need it. He was so excited and happy. He worked wonderfully! And once the event was over, he still had tons more energy, and played for the rest of the day. Me, I slept for 12 hours after the day at the fair and dancing all afternoon. Not Blackjack. He harrassed our other dog playing for two days before he even slowed down!

I highly recommend Zukes powerbones for any low energy dog, because nothing is better than seeing the bright happy eyes while doing such wonderful dance moves!

I first found your PowerBones treats at one of the Mast General Stores while on vacation. I bought one bag, and Tyke, my labradoodle puppy, is crazy for them! They are a wonderful training treat, because Tyke will do just about anything to get one more! (Including stealing the bag off the kitchen counter!) She is just starting agility work, and they make a wonderful reward on the course, or at home. Keep making them – Tyke will keep eating them!!!!

My yellow lab, Finn, and I compete in a growing sport called Dock Jumping. It is an awesome way to bond with your dog and also an excellent way to wear him out! But, with Power Bones on our side, Finn goes strong all day during an event, jumping on average about 19 feet, usually around 20 or 30 times! During training, he does uphill and shallow water retrieves and with Power Bones, he doesn’t miss a beat. We love Zuke’s! He loves them because they taste great…I love them because they’re made in the USA of excellent ingredients!

What a great find to discover Zuke\’s at my local natural food store. My Yorkshire Terrier puppy, Sophie, is exceptionally hard-headed and not motivated by food, so training has been challenging. She is so strong and agile that we knew she would exceed with agility training if only we could find something to motivate her. Zuke\’s PowerBones have been wonderful. She loves them and they are the perfect treat for her after a hard day of agility training. She did her first back flip today . . . all for a PowerBone!

Sun Dog and Racer (11 and 5 yr. old lab/goldens), my dogs and adventure sports guides/training partners, have been enjoying both Powerbones and Hip Action treats for years while out hiking, mtn. biking, snowshoeing and even canoeing in the Aspen/Snowmass area.
