Help! My dog loves Hip Action so much, he ate an entire bag. What should I do?

Don't worry – your dog will excrete any excess glucosamine and chondroitin he can't use. His tummy may be upset, and he could have diarrhea or gas, as can happen when dogs eat too much of anything. If you're still feeling concerned, we recommend that you talk to your dog's vet.

My dog has allergies; can I feed him Hip Action ®?

Hip Action ®, like all Zuke's products, are wheat, corn and soy free. If your dog has an allergy to wheat, corn or soy, Hip Action ® may be a great product to try.

Sore Gums? Soft Treats

I've always been an avid eater and have loved food for more than 12 years! Unfortunately I've lost more teeth recently and now it's tooth to gum all around my mouth. Looked like no more treats. Hello, I just LOVE your Hip Action treats! My dog, Chelsea, is 15 and I have been giving her Zukes Hip Action for about 8 months now. She is part black lab, German Shepard and Doberman and she has been having hip problems for a number of years. Since I started giving her Zukes Hip Action treats, she has been much more active and much happier. She is able to trot along on our walks now, where before Zukes, she was walking very slowly. Chelsea loves the taste of Zukes Hip Action, and since they are so soft, it is easy for her to chew them. Hard, crunchy treats are no longer a treat for Chelsea, as they hurt her jaw too much to enjoy. Thank you so much for your wonderful product. You have added so much life and energy to my old friend. Running Like Wildfire!

My 4 year old peke was diagnosed with arthritis in her back knee a few months ago. She has been lethargic ever since, we have even had to carry her up and down the steps. The medicine that the vet recommended was very strong...she would have to get her liver and kidneys checked every month for signs of organ failure! I couldn't do that so I have spect alot of time carrying her around. A few weeks ago my sister sent me a package of Zukes treats after I told her about Boo's problem. I can't believe the change!
