Help! My dog loves Hip Action so much, he ate an entire bag. What should I do?

Don't worry – your dog will excrete any excess glucosamine and chondroitin he can't use. His tummy may be upset, and he could have diarrhea or gas, as can happen when dogs eat too much of anything. If you're still feeling concerned, we recommend that you talk to your dog's vet.

My dog has allergies; can I feed him Hip Action ^®?

Hip Action ^®, like all Zuke's products, are wheat, corn and soy free. If your dog has an allergy to wheat, corn or soy, Hip Action ^® may be a great product to try.

Five Shelties And What A Difference Zuke's Has Made!

I have 5 Shelties ranging in age from 6 to 10 years. Three years ago my oldest dog was having difficulty with stairs and jumping onto my bed. Emma Abounds Again

My four-year-old Black Lab, Emma, has always been very adventurous and when she was a pup I was positive springs had been inserted in her legs - she loves to jump as high as she can. But in the last year she has slowed down a lot due to a knee issue. I discovered Zuke's Hip Action a few weeks ago, and already she is becoming her old self again, showing me that she can again jump! Emma loves the “treats”, which she gets two a day. I am amazed at the incredible difference I have seen in just a few short weeks and so excited that us girls can again go be adventurous together!

Finally!!

My 3 year old shih-tzu/bichon hurt her leg 2 years ago jumping off my parents' 2nd story balcony (I assume she thought she could fly - I still haven't figured that one out). Since then, she limps after a long walk to the park, which we enjoy so much. She's such a picky eater and knows how to eat her way 'around' pills so the glucosamine tablets don't work and are terribly expensive. I found a crunchy treat which she liked quite a bit but she would still get stiff sometimes after a run. During an out-of-town trip we ran out of our 'leg treats'. I found Zuke's Hip Action chews at a pet store in Winnipeg and we'll never go back to the old ones. She absolutely loves the flavour and soft texture and they work like a charm.
