Safety First – As with any edible treat, monitor your dog while chewing. Ensure that your dog adequately chews the treat. Do not feed the treat if you question your dog's ability to adequately chew. Swallowing any item without adequately chewing may be harmful or fatal to a dog. Do not feed more than the Maximum Daily Intake.

Maximum Daily Intake – Z-Bone is not recommended for puppies under 6 months of age or dogs weighing less than 5 lbs. Always be sure your dog has access to fresh, clean water. Feed the following maximum daily amounts according to your dog's weight:

How long should it take my dog to chew a Z-Bone?

Chewing time will vary depending on the size of the dog and how aggressive a chewer your dog is. Safety is our number one concern. We always recommend you supervise your dog while they are enjoying a Z-Bone, and if you notice that your dog is not adequately chewing the Z-Bone, please take it away.

My dog's urine is red, what's going on?

Don't be alarmed. If you notice a change in urine color to pink or red it is an indication that your dog is digesting the bone well and excess, anti-oxidant Cherry & Cranberry is being secreted normally. It is like when a human takes a mulit-vitamin and his/her urine turns darker yellow.

My Dog Is Crazy About Them

I have a little shitzu named Dutch. I was giving him a lot of different brands of chew bones but every time he developed some skin allergy from them. Since I started to buy Z-Ridge he has had no rash or itchiness at all. He likes this bone so much that as soon as I give it to him he disappears with it till it is gone. Daisy Loved Them!

I ordered a couple of things from an online vendor, including one Carrot Z-Ridge Dental bone. When I got the box, Daisy, my Boston Terrier/Chihuahua cross showed her usual curiousity. However, she started to go bonkers when she smelled something in the box. I've never seen her get so crazy over anythng before! She started to spin around and jump and try to get the box from me. Finally, I put it down and let her take what she wanted out of it. It was the carrot Z-Ridge bone! I took it from her to take off the packaging, and then gave it back. She ran around the house with it, happier than I've seen her with any thing. She even ignored the cat walking by her when she was chewing it. Thanks for making such an enticing chew bone for Daisy! I can't wait to get more.
