What is Nature-loc?
Natural ingredients are only as good as the nutrients inside. That’s why Zuke’s® uses the Nature-Loc™ process to preserve more of the natural nutrients found in fruits and vegetables. We start with real fruits and vegetables like blueberries, peas, cranberries or carrots. They’re rapid-dried for 1-2 hours through vacuum pressurization at a low temperature of 86-98.6°F. This breakthrough process locks in more of the natural nutrients in every ingredient.
